The Cellars-Hohenort

Set in the Constantia Valley—the birthplace of South African wine—The Cellars-Hohenort spans nine hectares of gardens against the eastern slopes of Table Mountain. The estate connects two historical buildings: the 17th-century Klaasenbosch wine cellar and the early 20th-century Hohenort manor house.

The hotel’s 51 luxurious rooms and suites overlook both the property’s celebrated gardens and the majestic Table Mountain range. At The Conservatory, guests savour refined, seasonal dishes that showcase the flavours and heritage of the Cape. Completing the experience are the Fresh Wellness Spa, two heated swimming pools, a gym, and a tennis court — ensuring every stay is both restorative and remarkable.
